JJ started smiling (other than the little smirks you get when he's gassy) last week (at 5 weeks old). Pretty cool stuff!

JJ is a handsome little man. Congratulations.
You are my inspiration. I am on week two of recovery after my abdominal myomectomy, and somehow found myself to your blog. I too suffered through a miscarriage at 14.5 weeks in October, resulting in the premature birth of my son. I am grateful to you for sharing your story.
I am hopeful that my own story will have a remarkable ending.
